Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves up to eight feet with use of stool or ladder when necessary
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly
- Ability to maintain distribution logs or tracking systems
- Ability to inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to operate maps and directions for metropolitan area driving
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly
- Ability to maintain delivery logs or tracking systems
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is preferred
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picks up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain store delivery truck through adherence maintained to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle is clean, and that basic maintenance is done
- Other duties as needed
