Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stool or ladder when necessary
- stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- able to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- able to be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- valid Driver's License
- clear communication skills
- ability to maintain accurate delivery and inventory records
- commitment to safety while driving and handling company property
Job Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- driving experience in metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
- ability to maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
- experience in customer service or delivery roles preferred
- ability to work independently and engage with customers face to face
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picks up parts from vendors
- ensures stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintains inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serves as a NAPA Brand Ambassador meeting customers during deliveries
- Builds long-term relationships with customers
- Maintains store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists
- ensures vehicle cleanliness and performs basic maintenance
- Performs other duties as needed
