Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stools or ladders
- Stamina to stand and walk entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups
- Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Able to be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors and ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory is maintained and checked
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during customer interactions
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through safety checklists, vehicle cleanliness, and basic maintenance like tire pressure checks
- Performing other duties as needed
