Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics preferred
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting and stamina
- Ability to maintain accurate records and inventory
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with use of stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Capable of handling cash charge transactions and core part returns appropriately
- Skilled in maintaining delivery logs or tracking systems
- Competent in inspecting and protecting company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors and ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked
- Maintaining and checking inventory
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through safety checklists, cleaning, and basic maintenance
- Other duties as needed
