Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Experience in customer service or delivery roles preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics
- Ability to work independently
- Strong focus on safety and reliability
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to uphold company values and policies
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and manage core/part returns appropriately
- Experience driving throughout metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- Ability to maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record deliveries and pickups
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina and agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder when necessary
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors and ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory is maintained
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, ensuring cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance
- Performing other duties as needed
