Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach high shelves using stair or ladder
- Able to handle cash and core/part returns correctly
- Maintain distribution logs for deliveries and pickups
- Ability to inspect and maintain company assets and vehicles
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Safe driving record

- Ability to work independently and safely
- Strong communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Experience with handling cash and charge transactions
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
- Ability to follow maps and directions within metropolitan areas
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck including safety checklists, cleanliness, and basic maintenance
- Performing other duties as needed
