Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to stand and walk for entire shifts
- stamina for physical work including lifting and bending
- reliable and safe driving record
- able to handle cash charge transactions
- maintain delivery logs
- good communication skills
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- ability to manage cash and charge transactions correctly
- experience maintaining logs or tracking delivery and pickup records
- capability to inspect and protect company assets and merchandise
- familiarity with metropolitan area driving using maps or GPS
- ability to be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical agility to bend, reach shelves up to eight feet and lift up to 60 lbs
Job Duties
- Deliver parts to customers with a passion for relationship building
- pick up parts from vendors and ensure stock room inventory is accurate
- maintain and check inventory regularly
- focus on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador while interacting with customers
- build long-term customer relationships
- maintain and perform basic maintenance on delivery vehicle according to safety checklists
- perform other duties as needed
