Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, service, or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

- Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, weekends
- Must arrive and clock in on time and clock out at scheduled shift end unless directed otherwise
- Must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a shift
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and complete assigned tasks
- Provide friendly service with a smile at all times
- Flexible availability including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Punctuality with ability to clock in and out on time
- Ability to provide sufficient notice when calling out for shifts
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities
- Support and be aware of all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and correctly use relevant technology for the role
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service and approved greetings
- Keep workspaces clean and organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Always greet guests positively while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists with 100% accuracy at designated times
- Submit accurate, timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean approved uniform with nametag and smile at all times
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to exceed traditional role boundaries
- Collaborate effectively with team to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Prioritize loads of different crockery and kitchenware
- Hand-wash dishes not suitable for dishwashers
- Load and unload the dishwasher
- Place dishes to dry
- Sort and put away clean dishes and cutlery
- Perform prep work
- Take garbage and trash to dumpster
- Buss tables as required
- Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors
- Assemble, maintain and disassemble dish machine daily
