Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-6 months experience preferred
- physical ability to carry and balance trays of beverages
- ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
- stand for long periods
- navigate crowded spaces
- flexibility in bending and reaching
- adaptability to casino conditions including bright lights and noise
- able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
Job Qualifications

- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties
- scrape and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher
- wash pots, pans, and trays
- sweep and mop kitchen floors
- remove all trash from kitchen areas
- ensure the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- perform additional reasonable duties to support kitchen cleanliness and efficiency
- maintain a professional and helpful attitude towards internal and external guests
