Job Requirements
- High school or GED preferred
- 3-6 months experience preferred
- Ability to carry and balance trays of beverages
- Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to navigate crowded spaces
- Flexibility in bending and reaching
- Adaptability to casino conditions including bright lights and noise
- Able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and or certifications as required by local gaming regulations

Job Duties
- Scrape and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher
- Wash pots, pans, and trays
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Remove all trash from kitchen areas
- Ensure the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Perform additional reasonable duties to support overall kitchen cleanliness and efficiency
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude towards internal and external guests
