Job Requirements

- Prior experience in stewarding or related field preferred
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware for all outlets and functions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and heart of house areas
- Assist with the washing and sanitizing of dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to streamline operations
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Support special events setup and cleanup
