Job Requirements
- In good health and capable of performing strenuous and/or heavy physical labor
- No history of allergy-related to animals or plants, which might interfere with the ability to work
- The employee must be able to occasionally lift or move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods, as well as walk
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, store safety, and security
- Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for guests, including recipe changes such as temperature, the quantity of ingredients, or substituted ingredients
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
