- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea products is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to beverage preparation
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service to create a positive shopping experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area
- Educate customers about Starbucks products, including merchandise and whole beans
- Assist in stock management and inventory of food and beverage items
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and ensure smooth workflow
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and service skills
