Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience working in a food service environment
- knowledge of operating fryers, grills, flat tops, and BBQ smokers
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- strong work ethic and reliability
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- no backpacks or large purses allowed, clear bags only
- no unauthorized removal of food or items
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cooking or food preparation role
- knowledge of fryers, grills, flat tops, and BBQ smokers
- ability to follow recipes and food production standards
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Cook food items according to recipes and food production standards
- ensure food is safely prepared and at the proper temperature for consumption
- keep cooking station clean and orderly during shift
- comply with all sanitation and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment
- safely use and operate cooking appliances and utensils
- provide friendly and helpful customer service for guests as needed
- assist in ordering and receiving food products for the kitchen as needed
- work in a busy environment and standing for long periods of time
