Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecast effectively
  • Strong understanding of community engagement and stakeholder management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to analyze market data and tailor event strategies accordingly
  • Willingness to work on-site during events
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Located in or willing to work in Corpus Christi, Texas

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle expansive projects
  • Experience in sales event coordination or marketing is preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of event planning, coordination, and facilitation to ensure seamless operations and high-quality experiences
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local communities, HOAs, and internal teams to ensure cohesive event delivery and effective on-site sales support
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create prospecting plans
  • Manage event budgets, including forecasting and allocation
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess event success
  • Attend events to oversee sales activity and provide on-site coaching and education
  • Work with regional marketing teams to develop appropriate marketing collateral
