Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Ability to manage budgets and forecast effectively
- Strong understanding of community engagement and stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to analyze market data and tailor event strategies accordingly
- Willingness to work on-site during events
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Located in or willing to work in Corpus Christi, Texas
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
- 2+ years of related experience
- Certification is required in some areas
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and handle expansive projects
- Experience in sales event coordination or marketing is preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of event planning, coordination, and facilitation to ensure seamless operations and high-quality experiences
- Establish and maintain relationships with local communities, HOAs, and internal teams to ensure cohesive event delivery and effective on-site sales support
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create prospecting plans
- Manage event budgets, including forecasting and allocation
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess event success
- Attend events to oversee sales activity and provide on-site coaching and education
- Work with regional marketing teams to develop appropriate marketing collateral
