Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Major in Nutritional Sciences and/or Business Management preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- Five years of administrative experience in Food Services, preferably in a health care facility
- Supervisory experience required
- Serv Safe certification required
- Computer experience required

Job Duties
- Assigning work to and supervising assistant managers, supervisors and food service workers
- Establishing and maintaining policies, standards, and programs for optimal, cost-effective patient and retail food service
- Monitoring patient and retail services for performance, safety, sanitation and efficiency
- Maintaining computerized systems
- Developing annual budgets and meeting budget targets
- Hiring and orienting staff
- Interacting with hospital management and professional staff
- Maintaining professional competency and skills
