Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury hospitality management or premium event coordination
- Proven experience managing high-profile clientele and VIP guests
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in project management and operational planning
- Capacity to oversee multiple events simultaneously
- Understanding of budget management and vendor relations

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven track record in managing high-profile clientele and multi-stakeholder environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
Job Duties
- Lead and manage hospitality operations across Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, Precision Drive Club, Miami Dolphins home games, concerts, and all ancillary events
- Oversee pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event recaps to ensure flawless delivery
- Serve as a point of contact and host for high-profile guests, members, and partners
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP clientele, ensuring white-glove service
- Support the VP of Luxury Hospitality in the conceptualization and development of new hospitality products and premium spaces
- Develop operational plans, layouts, run-of-show documents, and service outlines for events
- Assist in planning and executing ownership-level events and suite experiences
- Drive consistency in white-glove service delivery through training, pre-event briefings, and hands-on leadership during events
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including F&B, Stadium Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and Events
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners supporting hospitality programs
- Prepare event recaps, operational summaries, and guest feedback reports
- Identify key insights to drive process improvements and future product innovation
