Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous hotel front desk experience required
  • ability to operate property management systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • capability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong problem solving skills
  • ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • charismatic attitude and spirit to serve
  • ability to operate a computer and learn the property management system
  • previous hotel front desk experience required
  • previous Marriott experience is a plus
  • independent problem solving skills with a sense of urgency
  • ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to remain calm during emotionally charged situations
  • good judgement and commitment to safety
  • ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
  • availability including some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • handle guest registration and property management including secure and confidential handling of credit card information
  • sell amusement park tickets
  • solve guest related concerns professionally following Marriott's guest recovery process
  • maintain property key control
  • stock the Market convenience area
  • maintain an inviting lobby environment
  • respond to emergency situations by following hotel protocol and facilitating fire and life safety procedures
