Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous hotel front desk experience required
- ability to operate property management systems
- excellent communication skills
- capability to handle confidential information with discretion
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong problem solving skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- charismatic attitude and spirit to serve
- ability to operate a computer and learn the property management system
- previous hotel front desk experience required
- previous Marriott experience is a plus
- independent problem solving skills with a sense of urgency
- ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
- ability to remain calm during emotionally charged situations
- good judgement and commitment to safety
- ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- availability including some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- handle guest registration and property management including secure and confidential handling of credit card information
- sell amusement park tickets
- solve guest related concerns professionally following Marriott's guest recovery process
- maintain property key control
- stock the Market convenience area
- maintain an inviting lobby environment
- respond to emergency situations by following hotel protocol and facilitating fire and life safety procedures
