Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
- must possess automobile liability insurance
- must wear seat belts at all times while driving
- dependable transportation kept in good working condition
- must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- currently licensed as an SLP in the state of employment

- Currently licensed as a speech-language pathologist in the state of employment

- excellent clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to patients in home settings
- assess and treat language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and alternative communication needs
- work with patients with stroke, Parkinson's disease, dementia, and other neurodegenerative conditions
- provide therapy in diverse home environments including single homes, multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings
- use electronic medical records and mobile devices for patient documentation
- collaborate with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient care protocols
