- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Own a clean, smoke-free vehicle
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Possess valid proof of auto insurance
- Be authorized to perform services as an independent contractor in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Enroll in the Spark Driver program using the app
- Download and utilize the Spark Driver app to view and accept delivery offers
- Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently for Walmart and local customers
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Manage deliveries within preferred zones and communicate availability
- Participate in incentive programs to maximize earnings
- Refer new drivers and use the referral incentive program
