Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or spa booking systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Customer-focused attitude and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Previous spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office and/or Book4Time spa booking systems (POS)
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
- Manage spa appointments, confirmations, and schedule changes
- Handle check-in/check-out and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized spa front desk and reception area
- Provide information on spa services, enhancements, and amenities
- Promote and sell retail products (earn 10% commission on sales)
- Support spa leadership and team members as needed
