Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality industry preferred
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- proficiency with computer booking and point-of-sale systems
- ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- computer skills in Microsoft Office and/or Book4Time spa booking systems
- flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
- manage spa appointments, confirmations, and schedule changes
- handle check-in/check-out and process payments accurately
- maintain a clean, organized spa front desk and reception area
- provide information on spa services, enhancements, and amenities
- promote and sell retail products with 10 percent commission on sales
- support spa leadership and team members as needed
