Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality preferred
- strong customer service skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or spa booking systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Previous spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- computer skills in Microsoft Office and/or Book4Time spa booking systems (POS)
- flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
- manage spa appointments, confirmations, and schedule changes
- handle check-in/check-out and process payments accurately
- maintain a clean, organized spa front desk and reception area
- provide information on spa services, enhancements, and amenities
- promote and sell retail products (earn 10% commission on sales)
- support spa leadership and team members as needed
