Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
  • Educates guests on the Woodhouse experience including welcoming, locker room introduction, and seamless service
  • Answers the phone cheerfully each time
  • Acts as the brand ambassador ensuring a clean, safe environment with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
  • Remembers guest preferences such as favorite drinks, neck wraps, birthdays, and anniversaries
  • Serves as backup for leadership when needed, maintaining smooth operations
  • Supports and promotes the company culture and guest experience standards
