Job Duties
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Educates guests on the Woodhouse experience including welcoming, locker room introduction, and seamless service
- Answers the phone cheerfully each time
- Acts as the brand ambassador ensuring a clean, safe environment with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
- Remembers guest preferences such as favorite drinks, neck wraps, birthdays, and anniversaries
- Serves as backup for leadership when needed, maintaining smooth operations
- Supports and promotes the company culture and guest experience standards
