Job Duties
- Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including warm welcome and locker room introduction
- answer the phone with a smile each time
- act as brand ambassador ensuring the spa is clean, safe, and welcoming
- remember guest preferences such as favorite drinks and special occasions
- support leadership team by ensuring smooth operations
- maintain the spa's ambiance with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
