Job Requirements
- Availability for full-time hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to participate in "The Woodhouse Way" training program
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Dependable and punctual
- Must be able to operate phone and computer systems proficiently

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and passion for wellness and self-care
- Ability to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and guest-focused mindset
Job Duties
- Provide personal attention to guests from entry through exit
- Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including amenities and seamless service overview
- Answer the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Serve as brand ambassador ensuring the spa environment is clean, safe, and inviting with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
- Remember and incorporate small personal guest preferences such as favorite drinks and special occasions
- Act as backup for the leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Create memorable guest experiences and promote guest delight
