Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Positive attitude and passion for wellness and self-care
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and guest-focused mindset

Job Duties

  • Provide personal attention to guests from entry through exit
  • Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including amenities and seamless service overview
  • Answer the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Serve as brand ambassador ensuring the spa environment is clean, safe, and inviting with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
  • Remember and incorporate small personal guest preferences such as favorite drinks and special occasions
  • Act as backup for the leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Create memorable guest experiences and promote guest delight
