Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience while assisting on their scheduling of the perfect treatments customized to their needs
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Introduces the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, a tour of the changing lounge and amenities, and helps them to have a seamless experience
- Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special such as the guest's favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, and personal details like birthdays and anniversaries
- Acts as the brand ambassador ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent
- Remains educated on all products offered by the spa and ensures strong sales to support Spa Professionals' recommendations
- Invites guests to reschedule their reservations to aid in building customer retention
- Serves as back up for leadership when they are occupied, ensuring smooth operations
