Job Duties
- Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities, and seamless experience assistance
- answer the phone with a smile each time
- act as brand ambassador ensuring clean, safe environment with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
- remember guest preferences and personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
- serve as backup for the leadership team to maintain smooth operations
- assist in creating a memorable guest experience
