Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- have a minimum of one year of service experience in a hospitality setting such as resort, hotel, luxury apartment or condominium community, country club, cruise ship, spa, etc.
- be customer-oriented with a "guest-first" mentality
- have excellent communication skills
- possess ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with associates, residents, family members and guests
- have good problem-solving, organization and time management skills
- be a good team player
- have a friendly personality and a natural smile
- be reliable and hardworking
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including adhering to dress code
- have good data entry skills and be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- be willing to take and pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- knowledge of the local area, service providers and events is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally and offer beverages/refreshments
- arrange services for residents such as transportation, restaurant, conference or catering reservations, event tickets, etc.
- provide directions for residents and guests
- manage front office operations and overall appearance of lobby, living room, and portico ensuring proper organization and tidiness
- monitor refreshments throughout the day
- receive external and internal calls and communicate messages appropriately
- promptly respond to inquiries and requests from visitors, residents, families and associates
- monitor the electronic visitor log system
- support the marketing team by providing campus information and handling prospect messages
- assist with general office support and clerical duties including mail, office supplies, photocopying, and filing
