Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remember guest preferences
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Basic proficiency in phone and computer operations
Job Duties
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Educates guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to the locker room and amenities, and helps ensure a seamless experience
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Acts as brand ambassador by maintaining a clean, safe environment with the right lighting, music, and scent
- Remembers small personal details such as guests' favorite drinks, warm neck wraps, birthdays, and anniversaries
- Serves as backup for the leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations
