Job Requirements
- Female only
- must be at least 18 years of age
- part-time, seasonal availability including Wednesday-Friday OR Saturday, Monday and Tuesday 10AM-6:30PM
- ability to lift 35 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend, kneel, handle, reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions
- willingness to comply with safety protocols
- responsible for safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- able to work in a women’s locker room, showers, sauna and spa environment during business hours
- may assist with minor office duties such as inventory and photocopying
- prepared to stay overnight occasionally during road closures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-6 months of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence
- competency in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- ability to follow safe work practices
- basic problem-solving skills
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and coworkers
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the Cliff Spa providing outstanding cleanliness standards in locker rooms, treatment rooms, specialty rooms, salon, lobbies, offices, pool deck
- work in a women’s locker room during business hours in a spa environment
- identify, correct and/or report any maintenance deficiencies
- commit to safe work practices and identify areas of concern
- maintain a high standard of work quality and productivity
- provide outstanding guest service
- demonstrate competency in problem solving and initiation of activities within job scope and responsibility limitations
- ensure that all equipment and supplies are adequate and in good working order
