Job Duties

  • Run kitchen operations during lunch and dinner service
  • oversee menu implementation with high standards of food presentation

  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with management to maintain budget and cost controls
  • maintain impeccable communication with staff and management
