Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service
  • Develop and implement diverse and trending menus with appealing presentation
  • Manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
  • Mentor and train culinary team members to foster growth and skill development
  • Collaborate with management to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate catering events and manage high-volume food production
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations
