  • high volume background

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment
  • mentor and develop culinary team members through hands-on coaching and training
  • oversee menu implementation ensuring quality and presentation standards
  • manage daily kitchen operations including food preparation, safety, and sanitation
  • collaborate with management to plan and execute diverse and trending menus
  • ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
  • contribute to a creative and fun kitchen culture fostering growth and innovation
