Job Duties
- Lead kitchen team with mentoring and management style
- implement and oversee diverse, current, and trending menus
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- manage kitchen operations in a multi-outlet, high volume environment
- handle catering services and menu presentations
- ensure impeccable communication within the team and with management
- supervise and train culinary staff to foster growth and creativity
