  • high volume background

  • catering experience

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen team with mentoring and management style
  • implement and oversee diverse, current, and trending menus
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • manage kitchen operations in a multi-outlet, high volume environment
  • handle catering services and menu presentations
  • ensure impeccable communication within the team and with management
  • supervise and train culinary staff to foster growth and creativity
