  • High volume background
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Restaurant management knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
  • Catering experience
  • Culinary degree strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff ensuring productivity and quality
  • Manage daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets
  • Develop and implement diverse, trending menu items with stunning presentation
  • Oversee food safety and sanitation standards
  • Mentor and coach culinary team members to promote growth and development
  • Coordinate catering events with impeccable execution
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure smooth operations
