Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of kitchen experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership position
  • ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lead and keep calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to food safety, organization, and consistency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of kitchen experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • ServSafe Certification or ready to obtain it
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Sharp eye for food safety, organization, and consistency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Executive Chef

Job Duties

  • Run a tight, positive kitchen where people actually want to work
  • Train, coach, and build a back of house team that delivers quality every time
  • Work with the Executive Chef to create menu items guests can't stop talking about
  • Jump in where needed and set the pace during service
  • Keep food cost, prep, and inventory under control without killing creativity
  • Make sure every plate looks great, tastes better, and leaves the window on time
