Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual a huge plus
