Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to comprehend verbal and written recipes and instructions
- previous culinary experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and move food and containers up to own height
- ability to follow health safety and hygiene regulations
- adherence to covid-19 workplace safety protocols
- must have positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- experience in cooking and food preparation
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- background in banquet or catering production preferred
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to supervise and train kitchen staff

Job Duties
- produce cook and prepare soups sauces salads entrees and catering items
- set up stations prior to service with appropriate equipment and food
- assist management in purchasing inventory control and training
- maintain a clean and safe work area following health safety and food handling regulations
- provide exemplary customer service in a courteous and friendly manner
- receive unpack unwrap date rotate and stow deliveries
- supervise kitchen aspects including staff and production
