Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of high-volume catered events ensuring each dish meets quality and presentation standards
  • Support the head chef in menu development and adapt to event-specific culinary requirements
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure timely organized and efficient food production
  • Maintain workflow efficiency during events by managing multiple tasks and ensuring clear communication among team members
  • Enforce rigorous sanitation and safety protocols in the kitchen to comply with all health regulations
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and operated safely
