Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in high volume, full service restaurant environment
  • ability to work overtime including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • leadership and team coaching experience
  • knowledge of food safety standards and compliance

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in high volume, full-service restaurant kitchens
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • expertise in banquet menu planning and food presentation
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to resolve complex workplace challenges independently
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • welcome guests with a positive attitude and maintain professional chef appearance
  • uphold Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  • lead and motivate kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and coaching
  • manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and food costs
  • create banquet menus and design food presentations
  • maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
  • monitor and enforce health and safety regulations
