Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
  • Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards set by the culinary leadership
  • Assist with prep, station setup, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members to maintain efficient service flow
  • Oversee kitchen operations and assist the Executive Chef with daily leadership
  • Supervise, train, and mentor line cooks and prep staff
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards
  • Contribute to menu development, inventory control, and ordering
  • Uphold all food safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment
