- ability to work full time on-site at Walt Disney World Dolphin
- eligibility to receive annual salary between $64,000 and $86,000
- ability to lead and manage kitchen staff

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related area
- or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- 2 years relevant professional experience

Job Duties
- Manage kitchen shift operations and ensure compliance with food and beverage policies
- estimate daily production needs and communicate with kitchen staff
- assist Executive Chef with kitchen operations and food preparation
- prepare and cook various foods including special functions
- design new culinary applications and create decorative food displays
- maintain purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards
- ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and kitchen workers
- lead shifts while preparing food items
- use interpersonal skills to lead and motivate team
- build trust and cooperation among staff
- maintain employee productivity and enforce expectations
- establish open communication with employees
- administer property policies consistently
- communicate performance expectations
- recognize and reward good performance
- provide exceptional customer service
