Job Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in a supervisory kitchen role
- Strong familiarity with Persian and/or Middle Eastern cuisine
- Deep understanding of spices, traditional techniques, and regional flavor profiles
- Ability to lead calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid Food Handler certification
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Supervise and lead kitchen staff during service, providing strong, hands-on leadership
- Maintain high standards of food quality, flavor balance, and plating execution
- Train and mentor kitchen team members on techniques specific to Persian and Middle Eastern cuisine
- Assist with scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety compliance
- Oversee prep, line setup, and service execution to maintain efficiency
- Assist in recipe development and maintain organized recipe documentation
