Job Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- prior experience as sous chef or kitchen leadership
- expertise in seafood and oyster preparation
- ability to lead and manage a team
- strong communication skills
- commitment to maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- manage kitchen operations and food preparation
- execute daily menu focusing on oysters and local seafood
- maintain quality control of inventory and kitchen equipment
- lead and mentor kitchen staff with positivity and empathy
- collaborate closely with General Manager and Front of House teams
- evaluate and improve kitchen operations continuously
- ensure adherence to health and safety standards
