Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to work all home games and special events
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 80 pounds
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability to start in spring 2026

Job Qualifications

  • capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong organizational and customer service skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • able to follow recipes and specs
  • able to be on your feet for a long period of time, lift up to 80 pounds, and work in extreme hot and cold environments

Job Duties

  • assist and help coordinate kiosks and concession stands and staff
  • oversee setup and cleanup of kiosks, kitchens, and concession stands
  • receive deliveries, following FIFO procedures
  • assist with inventory at end of each month with attention to detail
  • demonstrate proper ServSafe techniques and follow local health code practices
  • volunteer for general kitchen duties during down time, including serving, cleaning, dishwashing, and helping stands/kiosks
  • ensure quality of food and projects by checking presentation, communicating with staff, and demonstrating the correct methods based on the Chef’s guidance
  • learn the line in the main kitchen and help line cook when needed, assist the chef in preparing hot food for game day, helping with suites, buffets, and picnics
  • assist with banquets during the off weeks, this can include scheduling, ordering, and helping with menu planning
  • attend staff meetings and assist front office staff when needed
  • other duties could include pulling tarp, assisting with special events, customer service and general office duties
