Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work all home games and special events
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 80 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- availability to start in spring 2026
Job Qualifications
- capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong organizational and customer service skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- able to follow recipes and specs
- able to be on your feet for a long period of time, lift up to 80 pounds, and work in extreme hot and cold environments
Job Duties
- assist and help coordinate kiosks and concession stands and staff
- oversee setup and cleanup of kiosks, kitchens, and concession stands
- receive deliveries, following FIFO procedures
- assist with inventory at end of each month with attention to detail
- demonstrate proper ServSafe techniques and follow local health code practices
- volunteer for general kitchen duties during down time, including serving, cleaning, dishwashing, and helping stands/kiosks
- ensure quality of food and projects by checking presentation, communicating with staff, and demonstrating the correct methods based on the Chef’s guidance
- learn the line in the main kitchen and help line cook when needed, assist the chef in preparing hot food for game day, helping with suites, buffets, and picnics
- assist with banquets during the off weeks, this can include scheduling, ordering, and helping with menu planning
- attend staff meetings and assist front office staff when needed
- other duties could include pulling tarp, assisting with special events, customer service and general office duties
