Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • proven ability to manage busy kitchen operations
  • strong knowledge of food flavors, aromas, and ingredient characteristics
  • ability to maintain quality and cleanliness under pressure
  • proficiency with POS and digital reservation systems
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
