Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years high-volume restaurant management experience
- proven ability to manage busy kitchen operations
- strong knowledge of food flavors, aromas, and ingredient characteristics
- ability to maintain quality and cleanliness under pressure
- proficiency with POS and digital reservation systems
- eligibility to work in the United States
- excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
