Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Sous Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations including production staffing and quality control
- Lead train and mentor culinary team members to foster skill development teamwork and engagement
- Ensure consistent execution of menus recipes and plating standards across all service periods
- Uphold food safety sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Support menu development tastings and seasonal offerings with creativity and attention to detail
- Monitor inventory food costs and waste to support budgetary and sustainability goals
- Step into leadership during the Executive Chef's absence ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction
