- previous experience as a sous chef or similar role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- passion for culinary arts and sustainability
