  • culinary diploma or equivalent professional kitchen experience
  • previous experience as a sous chef or similar role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • passion for culinary arts and sustainability
