- Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Expertise in culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain effective under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to outstanding guest experiences
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Manual dexterity for precise operation of kitchen equipment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes consistently meet high standards of quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create seasonal, innovative menus that cater to client preferences and dietary needs
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship to maintain high performance
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and clear communication
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure timely, efficient food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to keep ingredients and supplies stocked
- Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Conduct quality control, tasting, and evaluating dishes to ensure they meet client expectations
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless coordination of culinary elements for all events
